Ministries
The Bridge Christian Fellowship offers a variety of ministries to support and nurture every stage of life. Our Kids’ Ministry provides a fun and faith-filled environment where children can learn about God.
The Youth Ministry equips teens with spiritual guidance and fellowship to help them grow in their faith. We also have dedicated Women’s and Men’s Ministries that offer Bible studies, fellowship, and service opportunities to strengthen relationships with God and each other.

Bridge Kids
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Serving children from the ages newborn to 5th grade, Bridge Kids meet on Sundays during our morning service and Wednesday evenings during GROW Campus. Led by our Children’s Minister, Sandi Vutsinas, and an amazing team of volunteers, your kids can expect to encounter God’s presence through corporate worship, Bible teachings and creative play each week!
Bridge Youth
YOUTH MINISTRY
For students 6th grade to 12th grade, Bridge Youth is a place where young people can gather to experience the love and power of Jesus in worship, feed on Scripture, and radically activate their faith. Led by Youth Minister Rees Ward, our group meets all-together on Saturday evenings from 6-8PM in the sanctuary.
The Well
YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY
The Well is for young adults age range 18 to mid 30’s. Whether you are a college student, young professional, single, married, or simply in need of biblical community, The Well is a place to come be refreshed, convicted, loved and discipled. During the summer months, the Well is meeting at the beach on Friday nights 5:30PM.

MILITARY MINISTRY
For Military and Veteran families attending The Bridge Christian Fellowship. Get plugged in now and join our military community in “The Team Room.”

WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Women ages 16 and older are invited to meet together third Saturday morning of every month for a time of diving into God’s Word. Led by Cinde Schumaker, you can expect to be empowered for gospel ministry in your family, workplace, community and the nations, just as Jesus designed! Women meet in the fellowship hall 9:00-10:30AM. There is also Women’s Prayer – Tuesdays at 4pm in the Prayer Room.
The Deep
MEN’S MINISTRY
Led by Brandon Kindelberger, our men’s ministry meet regularly (2nd & 4th Saturday) to edify, encourage and spur one another towards faith and good works. Men’s Prayer starts at 7:45 am in the Main Building. On the 2nd Saturday, from 8:30-10:30AM the men share breakfast, teaching and discussion with one another. (4th Saturday, prayer and intercession only.)
Wide Door Ministry
GUEST SERVICES
This ministry encompasses our various service teams at The Bridge, including the coffee, vestibule, and connection counter. Organized by Elder Steve Vutsinas, they exist to ensure every member of our body is cared for, seen and loved as Jesus would love them.
Hillwell Worship
WORSHIP TEAM
The worship ministry of our body, led by Nik Boone, is comprised of musicians, techies, songwriters, dancers, and creatives with a desire to honor God with their expressive giftings. Whether it’s a Sunday morning service, a GROW Campus set, or an Encounter Night, the worship ministry at The Bridge has a heart desire to honor and glorify God above all others.
Grow Campus
MINISTRY EDUCATION & FELLOWSHIP
Ephesians 4:12 reminds us that the purpose of discipleship is to “equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” At GROW Campus, all the members of our body come together to equip one another spiritually and practically to advance God’s kingdom. There’s something for everyone, from foundational Bible and apologetics classes to practical life skills, ministry training, health and fitness, and marriage groups. Join us for GROW Campus on Wednesday evenings from 6–8PM and build out your ministry toolbelt!
Outreach Teams
COMMUNITY SUPPORT & MISSION TEAMS
We see outreach as the chance to be the hands and feet of Christ, bringing light and love to our community and beyond. Throughout the year, teams gather to help people in need from all walks of life and within any span of geography.
