Ministries
The Bridge Christian Fellowship offers a variety of ministries to support and nurture every stage of life. Our Kids’ Ministry provides a fun and faith-filled environment where children can learn about God.
The Youth Ministry equips teens with spiritual guidance and fellowship to help them grow in their faith. We also have dedicated Women’s and Men’s Ministries that offer Bible studies, fellowship, and service opportunities to strengthen relationships with God and each other.
Bridge Kids
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Serving children from the ages newborn to 5th grade, Bridge Kids meet on Sundays during our morning service and Wednesday evenings during GROW Campus. Led by our Children’s Minister, Sandi Vutsinas, and an amazing team of volunteers, your kids can expect to encounter God’s presence through corporate worship, Bible teachings and creative play each week!
Bridge Youth
YOUTH MINISTRY
For students 6th grade to 12th grade, Bridge Youth is a place where young people can gather to experience the love and power of Jesus in worship, feed on Scripture, and radically activate their faith. Led by Youth Minister Rees Ward, our group meets all-together on Sunday evenings from 6-8pm, and our girls and guys meet in discipleship groups on Wednesday evenings during GROW Campus!
The Well
YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY
The Well is for young people aged 18-30. Whether you are a college student, young professional, single, married, or simply in need of biblical community, The Well is a place to come be refreshed, convicted, loved and discipled. The group meets on Wednesday evenings during GROW Campus.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Women ages 16 and older are invited to meet together every second Saturday morning of the month for prayer, teaching, worship and fellowship around the breakfast table. Led by Cinde Schumaker, you can expect to be empowered for gospel ministry in your family, workplace, community and the nations, just as Jesus designed!
Hillwell Worship
WORSHIP TEAM
The worship ministry of our body, led by Nik Boone, is comprised of musicians, techies, songwriters, dancers, and creatives with a desire to honor God with their expressive giftings. Whether it’s a Sunday morning service, a GROW Campus set, or an Encounter Night, the worship ministry at The Bridge has a heart desire to honor and glorify God above all others. The Deep
MEN’S MINISTRY
Led by Ed Phillips, our men meet twice a month, on every 2nd and 4th Saturday, to edify, encourage and spurn one another towards faith and good works. On the 2nd Saturday, the men share breakfast, teaching and discussion with one another. On the 4th Saturday, they gather together in the early morning for prayer and intercession.
The Great Exchange
CLOTHING MINISTRY
Founded by Katie Morgan, wife of our founding pastor, Steve Morgan, the Great Exchange is a free, fashionable clothing swap and book exchange for men and women of all ages. One of our furthest reaching community ministries, the Exchange serves thousands of members of Hampton Roads a year, especially those in our area with the greatest need for affordable clothing and provisions. MINISTRY OF HELPS
Our helps ministry encompasses our various service teams at The Bridge, from coffee ministry, the welcome and usher teams, our security team, and more. Grow Campus
MINISTRY EDUCATION & FELLOWSHIP
Ephesians 4:12 reminds us that the purpose of discipleship is to “equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” At GROW Campus, all the members of our body come together to equip one another spiritually and pracitically to advance God’s kingdom. There’s something for everyone, from bible studies, language classes, construction workshops, marriage groups or softball practices – you can come to GROW Campus on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm – 8:30pm and build out your ministry toolbelt!

We see outreach as the chance to be the hands and feet of Christ, bringing light and love to our community and beyond. Throughout the year, teams gather to help people in need from all walks of life and within any span of geography.
