What Can I Expect?

What can a visitor expect?
Our friendly Ushers will greet everyone at the main door, offer a bulletin and ask if they can help in anyway. Coffee is available for $1, and please use the lids provided. We like to recognize our first-time visitors by a raised-hand and a gift from The Bridge.

What should I wear?
Please dress comfortably, modestly and whatever fits your style.  Men will wear anything from neckties to shorts –although not together! Women may wear dresses, jeans, or shorts –and often bring sweater in the summer because of the air conditioning.

What is the service like?
At 10:30 we begin with a jubilant time of music. Following, we will make a few announcements of the happenings at The Bridge for the coming week(s).  Our announcements are like non-other in town, you need to see for yourself!  Then we will worship the Lord through our tithes and offerings –we have no expectations for our guests!  Finally, Pastor Steve will share a message that will be insightful, humorous, compelling and life-changing!

What if I have children?
We love children and have wonderful classes for kids and teens. We conduct background checks on all teachers, and each is trained and equipped to teach in their respective classes.  For your child’s specific class, please click the link below
Children’s Ministry  (K-5th grade)
Youth Ministry (middle/high school)

What if I have a baby?
Guests and members are welcomed to keep their baby’s during the service. If the child becomes fussy, a Cry Room is located to the left when leaving the back central door.  You may continue to watch and listen from the Cry Room.  Or, parents may leave their baby in the Nursery. We have a thorough process to help parents feel comfortable with leaving their children, and if we need your assistance during the service, we will find you.

Why should I complete the Response Panel in the bulletin?
We truly want to know that you worshiped with us. If you ask for additional information, we will contact you regarding your request; otherwise, we may simply acknowledge your visit and hope to see you again soon.
